Job Description:

Analyze emerging operational and functional requirements to support the formulation, development and assessment of doctrine, strategy, plans, concepts of operations, and tactics, techniques and procedures in order to provide the full spectrum of Cyber Warfare (e.g., investigative, operational, Cyber, threat, technical, vulnerability, capability, risk, and adversary or threat actor analysis). Conduct technical analyses, develop timelines, coordinate/ synchronize threat information between various analysts and entities, and provide an assessment reports on the integration of cyber requirements, capabilities and training. Perform assessments of cyber warfighting capability and the utility of new and emerging technologies. Institute and document a formal planning process to analyze assigned missions for capability gaps in CNO capabilities and recommend solutions. Perform database inputs and query logic for threat and mission execution data. Provide finished intelligence products, including high quality papers and briefings, complete with findings, hypotheses, intelligence gaps, and recommendations for senior leaders.


  • Determine, develop, and document future collection requirements, analysis, and assessments in AOR affecting OCO missions ensuring satisfaction of customer needs
  • Develop policies, plans, memorandums of agreement and memorandums of understanding using relevant agency guidelines and directives to support special studies activities
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the joint planning process to develop and maintain PAA, SPINS, ROE, CRM and command & control procedures that align to service or combatant command OPLANs, CONOPs, TASKORDs, TTPs, CONEMPs, CONPLANs, PLANORDs, and FRAGOs for coordination and approval at the appropriate government or military level
  • Collaborate with cyber operators to identify and levy requirements for intelligence collection and analysis, participate in targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and execution of complex cyber missions
  • Employ the Plan, Brief, Execute, and Debrief (PBED) methodology

Education / Certifications: Degree in Computer Science or a related Field with five (5) years (BS) of experience or three (3) years (MS) of experience or nine plus (9+) years of experience; Cyber certification qualification(s): DODI-8570.1.m – IAT Level II (Preferred)

Relevant Experience: Experience as a cyber/intelligence analyst in the military or IC, including using intelligence databases, such as M3, TAC, DC3, or Clear, tools, such as i2 Analyst Notebook, and Palantir and tradecraft for advanced analysis.

Key Requirements: Training/experience with various unclassified open source tools and anti-virus tools/concepts to include but limited to: Symantec, MacAfee, Kaspersky, and AVG.
