Job Description:

Provide support, development, enhancement and oversight of the mission training plan and standards program. Provide support to develop training materials and aids that can be delivered in multiple forms, to include online. Provide SME support to work with government personnel to develop a strong plan that qualifies personnel for Air Operations Centers (AOC) and Information Operations (IO) planning efforts.

Job Requirements:

Security Clearance: Top Secret SCI –Willing to take Polygraph

Education / Certifications: Associates Degree or Higher and three (3) years of experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. BS in Computer Science or a related scientific/technical field with three (3) years of experience preferred.

Relevant Experience: One to three (1-3) years of experience in teaching technical material to small groups, developing training on the Joint Planning Process or Air Tasking Cylce processes. Specific experience in IO or Non-Kinetic Operations is preferred. Possess excellent analytical and technical problem solving skills.

Key Requirements: JQS, IQT, IJSTO, IO, Instructional Development and Training Methodologies, Training. Exceptionally well-versed in real world OPLANS, CONPLANS, and the Joint Planning Process. Knowledge of AOC Division functions, ATO production processes, and software/systems commonly used in an AOC is essential.

Position Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide SME support as an instructional designer and training specialist. Oversee the development of instructional material, integrating all materials into the training and evaluation process.
  • Develop all training and instruction materials and aids.
  • Gain and maintain instructor qualifications IAW Operating Instructions that pertain to Instructor Responsibilities, Instructor Development Program, and Course Administration.
  • Provide support in evaluation of personnel performance through training program and ensuring personnel remain qualified.
  • Support standards and evaluation programs and processes.
  • Develop and Administer training courses with flexibility in delivery to include online
  • Serve as a Training Specialist responsible for facilitating training and development of training plans and standards, to include weapon system qualifications standards
