The Integration Program Analyst Associate is a member of the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Security engineering staff and provides direct support to the SECURITY ENGINEERING Lead. The Security Engineering Division provides accreditation and security requirements for the Navy’s Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

•         Gathers data and maintains spreadsheets and databases and produces reports.

•         Assists in analyzing data and making recommendations to program management. 

•         Assists with using quantitative analytical techniques to assess program process issues and develop risk reduction/mitigation approaches for improving program planning, control, and execution.

•         Drafts correspondence and prepares presentations.

•         Verifies paid invoices against purchase orders and cost summary sheets and monitors departmental spending against budget. Assists in budget preparation.

•         Maintains records, information, data and statistic on department activities and may monitor project schedules for management.

•         Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports involving research and data collection.

•         Adheres to administrative procedures and makes recommendations to improve efficiency.

•         Advises managers and staff on proper procedures and policies.

•         Represents the department on administrative matters both internally and externally.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience and 0-2 years related experience. Education and work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

•              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•              Excellent Microsoft Office skillset; must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

•              Strong analytical abilities; detailed oriented

•              Experience working within a collaborative website and issue tracking environment such as Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.  Should be familiar with various concepts and how to perform basic to intermediate functions to support maintenance of division pages


Must currently hold and be able to maintain an Active US DoD Secret clearance.
