Responsibilities/Qualification

 

Full Spectrum Targeting Intelligence Support to Counter and/or Defeat Weapons of Mass Destruction supporting the CCJ2 at MacDill AFB, FL.  Candidate shall use current doctrine, publications, CJCS instructions, and coordination with other responsible organizations involved with the USCENTCOM national guidance, command strategy, campaign development and execution, cooperative security/international engagement, and Information Management and Knowledge Management support efforts to include Joint Staff (JS), Office Secretary of Defense (OSD), combatant commands (COCOM), interagency partners, and allies as a basis for planning and support.  Candidate will assist with targeting intelligence materials and policy efforts by properly revising, maintaining, synchronizing and planning, implementing, and managing the efforts of this requirement. The candidate shall perform engagement, implementation, coordination, and analysis of the mission to meet the requirements of the contract.
 

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • All contractor personnel shall individually possess at least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience in all-source intelligence analysis and targeting. Candidate shall demonstrate their extensive knowledge of the Intelligence Community, capability to deliver senior-level intelligence briefs, ability to identify indicators, apply analytical methodologies, create analytical assessments, develop Priority Intelligence Requirements (IR) and Enemy Courses of Action (ECOA)s draft collection requirements/RFIs, and develop targeting folders in support of CCMD deliberate, contingency, and planning process. The candidate shall perform activities at USCENTCOM in support of the targeting missions during normal work periods and on a 24x7 schedule during exercise or critical periods.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience to develop, review, and coordinate Command Intelligence Planning support ECOAs, OPLAN intelligence, target materials, and STO annexes, Intelligence Task Lists, Electronic Target Folders, and related documents prescribed in associated and relevant National Level, Chairman Joint Chief Staff, and DoD planning guidance.
  • Demonstrated experience to coordinate/collaborate with CCMDs, IC, IA, Combat Support Agencies, Allied Nations, academia and the private sector for development of Functional Support Plans and National Intelligence Support Plans that support Command planning efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience to attend working groups, conferences, reviews, seminars, and related functions to validate and update assigned and responsible areas of Command Operational Plans and Contingency Plans.
  • Demonstrated experience to organize, develop, coordinate, and execute intelligence planning activities.
  • Demonstrated experience with the Joint Targeting Process and cycle, and Joint Targeting regulations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with DoD intelligence planning processes, doctrine, and overarching documents that direct USCENTCOM and DoD planning.
  • Demonstrated experience to interact with personnel within USCENTCOM, subordinate Components, DoD, US Government, and Allied nations to coordinate deliberate planning efforts.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with other personnel ranging from intelligence analysts to senior decision-makers is critical.
  • Current expertise in the last five (5) years performing in-depth all-source analysis in the intelligence field.
  • Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access AND with a Counter-Intelligence (CI) Polygraph.
