Responsibilities/Qualification

Position Summary

Under general supervision, analyzes and evaluates programs or projects to provide program and project managers information to be used in planning, monitoring, and resource allocation to include financial and contractual data.  Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities        

Provide direct support for the LCU 1700 Acquisition Program.

Work closely with the client providing direct customer interface.

Serve as an interface with the remotely located task lead for LCU 1700.

Participate in all meetings, taking minutes and identifying Action items.

Develop and Maintain an Action item tracker database.

Follow-up on Action items with assigned POC's and related stakeholders

Assist in review and update for critical Acquisition Milestone documentation

Assist the team with preparation of white papers and PowerPoint briefs.

Provide Administrative support  to prepare for major acquisition events.

Maintain the LCU 1700 library on the Integrated Data Environment (IDE).


Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline plus 0 to 2 years of directly related experience in technical program planning, administration, budgets, and development.

In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for comparable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Candidate must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Demonstrate flexibility; and react positively and proactively to changing requirements.

Candidate must be well versed in Microsoft Office programs particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
