Responsibilities/Qualification

Provide administrative support to both Government and Contractor Personnel at the client site (DISA HQ, Fort Meade, Maryland).  This support includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Provide assistance with meeting coordination by reserving conference rooms, arranging for VTC capability, and sending out meeting announcements, as required.
  • Provide assistance in obtaining VIP parking passes and visitor badges for high ranking military and/or government personnel when they visit DISA HQ.
  • Track purchase of ODC’s and Materials to ensure that the expenses are properly allocated against the contract.  Provide Alion Program Manager with necessary information in order to approve the purchase.
  • Review and approve bi-monthly Alion Invoice.
  • Work with Alion controller to provide financial status information, as required.  Update financial status reports and also provide support in updating monthly Estimate At Completion (EAC), as required.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly status reports which are required by the contract.  Both financial and tasking status are provided within these reports.
  • Ensure that all STI and Deliverables are processed and submitted on time as required by the contract.
  • Provide support to ASMO Security Manager to ensure that contractor Visit Authorizations remain current.
  • Ensure that government and contractor personnel complete all Mandatory Training which is required by DISA in order to have continued access to DISANET.
  • Ensure that all ASMO rosters remain current and accurate.
  • Keep track and file all necessary paperwork to ensure that all backup paperwork is available for government audits of government purchases.
  • Annually update APT with new option year information (staffing and funding).
  • Ensure that all Alion employees record time and submit timecards on time.
  • Coordinate slide packages, as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have an Associates degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
