Job Description

We're looking for a F35 Property Management Analyst to fill one of our requirements supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office in Crystal City, VA.  The F-35 is the premier fighter aircraft on/above the planet and this is an opportunity to work with some of the brightest and most talented acquisition professionals and military officers in the world.  We're building this aircraft for the US Air Force, US Navy and the US Marines as well as numerous international partners and customers.

As the organizational expert in the field, provides high level consultation to management in acquisition support. Researches extremely complex acquisition requirements and works with program managers, engineers and logisticians to determine procurement strategies to effectively meet program needs in accordance with cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

Provides support to the F-35 Property Management Team with oversight of property management across the F-35 Enterprise. 

Participates in identifying, collecting, analyzing, staffing and issuing recommendations and guidance on F-35 Property Management issues.   Tracks issues to completion based on USG policy and reports accordingly.

Conduct research on various topics; develop reports in the form of research papers, white papers and decisional positions. The analyst will support and articulate direction and positions provided by Government leadsership as a representative of the US and International Integrated Product team.

Responsible for administering and maintaining the Property Management team's Accountable Property System of Record (ASPR) maintained by the F-35 Program Office.

Responsible for assisting with the timely order, delivery, receipt, repair, tracking, audit and replacement of all USG property items, any device procurements and associated configuration changes.

Assist in providing advice and guidance to the F-35 JPO Property Management Lead, Partner nations, FMS customers, US industry and foreign industry on property management compliance requirements, and interpretation of US property management regulations, policies and procedures.

Assist the team with all property management actions for Partners, FMS customers, build acontractual nd provide briefings, write background papers. Support the Property Management lead in meetings, and provide expert advice to the Program Office and Industry on property management issues.           

Analyzes the most complex contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports to determine requirements.

Assess and recommends the feasibility of proposed approaches to solve difficult problems.

Prepares and presents reports, studies, cost analyses, and briefings to management and customers as needed.

Researches state of the art logistics technology advances and applies appropriate technology in order to improve logistics processes.

Consults with management in resolving highly complex and ususual logistics issues.

National Property Management Association (NPMA) certification of at least the Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) level is desired

3 years of government property administration experience required

Demonstrated knowledge of Property Management Regulations and associated processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications

MS Project or Integrated Master schedule experience desired

Bachelor's degree plus 10-12 years of related experience required.

Secret security clearance required
