Job Description

This position supports the Logistics & Sustainment, Sustainment Policy and Requirements Directorate through provision of analytical support.

Internal principle interfaces for this position are Team Directors/Leads, as well as individual team members, within the F-35 L&S and other F-35 JPO Directorates.

External principle interfaces are Sustainment Advisory Group Action Officers or their representatives and Autonomic Logistics Advisory Council Action Officers or their representatives.

DUTIES:

Provide analytical support to the Sustainment Policy and Requirements Directorate for the planning, drafting and update of F-35 Sustainment related documentation.

Responsible for administratively evaluating, coordinating and compiling a wide range inputs related to F-35 Logistics and Sustainment documentation.

Supports F-35 Logistics and Sustainment hosted meetings, teleconferences and Review Boards by coordinating meetings and producing executive summaries, records of decision and minutes where required.

Updates and maintains status of Logistics and Sustainment Policy documentation.  

Coordinates meetings in support of the Sustainment Policy and Requirements Directorate.

Provides input to weekly team meetings, individual and team feedback on task progress and coordinates follow up meetings and activities as required.

Manage F-35 JPO Task Management System tasks placed upon the Sustainment Policy and Requirements Directorate.

Support the development of Logistics and Sustainment Policy by coordinating reviews to ensure timely publication, using the Task Management System to track actions required for completion.

Maintain the Sustainment Policy and Requirements Directorate SharePoint page to ensure that information remains both current and relevant.

Compose/update documents and design/build management products using all Microsoft (MS) Office products and other applications as required.  These include, but are not limited to, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project and SharePoint.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skilled working with executive level employees and customers.

Experience in management and execution of conferences.

Skills using MS products (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Secret security clearance required.

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience or equivalent experience in education and work experience, can be waived for specialized training or experience.
