Job Description

Provides support to the F-35 Lightning II Property Management team with the oversight of property management across the F-35 enterprise. Participates in identifying, collecting, analyzing, staffing and issuing recommendations on F-35 property management issues. Tracks issues to completion based on USG policy and reports accordingly.

Conduct research on various topics; develop reports in the form of research papers, white papers, decisional recommendation positions. The analyst will support and articulate direction and positions provide by Government leadership as a representative of the US & International Logistics Solutions Intgraeted Product Team.

Responsible for administering and maintaining the Property Management team’s Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) maintained by the F-35 Program Office.   

Responsible for assisting with the timely order, delivery, receipt, repair, tracking, audit and replacement of all USG property items, any device procurements and associated configuration changes.

Assist in providing advice and guidance to the F-35 JPO Property Manager Lead, Partners, FMS nations, United States industry and foreign industry on property management compliance requirements, and interpretation of U.S. property management regulations, policies and procedures.

Assist the team with all property management actions for Partner and FMS nations, build and give briefings, write background papers. Support the Property Management lead in meetings and provide expert advice to the Program Office and Industry on property management issues.

Analyzes the most complex contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports to determine requirements.

Assesses and recommends the feasibility of proposed approaches to solve difficult problems.

Prepares and presents reports, studies, cost analyses, and briefings to management and customers as needed.

Researches state of the art logistics technology advances and applies appropriate technology in order to improve logistics processes.

Consults with management in resolving highly complex and usual logistics issues.

National Property Management Association (NPMA) certification of at least the Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) level is desired

3 years of government property administration experience required

Demonstrated knowledge of Property Management Regulations and associated processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Microsoft Project or Integrated Master Schedule experience

Bachelor's Degree plus 10-12 years of related experience required.

Secret security clearance required.
