Job Description



Under general supervision, performs support services involving the physical building, the grounds, as well as providing escort surveillance to non-company maintenance and repair personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assists in escorting uncleared personnel within the secured office areas and ensuring visitors have required badges before entering.

Maintains records, information, and data on department activities and may monitor project schedules for management.

Performs office furniture reconfigurations and relocations. Schedules and implements internal moves for personnel as required.

Schedules the routine or special servicing and maintenance of company property/ facilities.

Oversees and performs general facility maintenance and repairs and escorts non-staff members who are on the premises for structural or equipment repair and maintenance.
Assists Shipping and Receiving with delivery of mail and packages.

May assist in ordering office supplies and equipment.

Complies with operational, personal safety and security procedures in accordance with assigned duties.

Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience

High school degree or GED, some college or training in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience and at least 2 years related experience.  Exercises a high degree of independent judgment and initiative in safeguarding company property.  Must possess a valid driver's license.

In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for comparable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to adapt to changes as requested by employees and tenants.

Experience working with basic hand tools and ability to lift heavy materials.

Experience using JPAS a plus.

Must be a US citizen, currently hold and able to maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
