Alion is seeking a skilled and experience Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to work in Fairborn, OH. 

Duties include multiple program office and vendor activities integrated into one single IMS in preparation for Milestone decisions and weapon system deliveries.  IMS complexity includes subprojects with an excess of 1500 tasks; 4 major programs with multiple subprojects; schedule health assessment, and schedule risk analyses. 

Duties will also include the preparation of USAF acquisition products with a focus on the development and maintenance of detailed program schedules. 

•Bachelor’s degree in technical or management field (desired) and 10 years of DOD work experience with at least 6 years of highly relevant experience in program management; scheduling metrics, tools and processes associated with weapon system acquisition (required).
•First-hand experience in the preparation of detailed acquisition-related schedules.
•Working knowledge of a variety of scheduling programs.
•Strong proficiency in MS Project and or Primavera.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Proficiency in MSWord, PowerPoint, and Excel.
•Sufficient motivation and experience to perform with little to no supervision.
•In-depth knowledge of USAF acquisition; program office operations, DoD 5000 series, AFI 63 series, and JCIDS requirements processes.
•DAWAII Level 3 certification is desired.

•Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification is desired
•Demonstrable experience in managing program schedules using MS Project (Primavera desired).
•Applicant selected will be subject to a background investigation.
•Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and possess at least a SECRET Clearance.
