Job Description



The Logistics Analyst Associate shall perform duties to support Life Cycle Manager for the NCTE in the full Life Cycle Management of all NCTE current and future systems and applications.


Identify software Spend Plan items and execute current LCM Fiscal Year spend plan
• Ensure that NCTE is compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements for software licensing and support
• Maintain DADMS (DON Application and Database Management System) records reflecting NCTE applications and hardware IAW with DDCIO(N) directives. As well as manage Approved Software Baseline (ASB) Additions to DADMS in support of the DON and NCTE network
• Ensure Purchase Orders are in line with the NCTE Enterprise LCM Spend Plan and are IAW DDCIO(N) and Echelon II directives
• Attend collaboration meetings with external Government, commercial, and contracted support organizations
• Assist the NCTE LCM in identifying and documenting the expiration dates of licenses and software maintenance agreements as well as EOL for IT assets
• Assist the NCTE LCM in tracking and reporting the status of LCM initiated Bills of Material (BOM) via weekly report; as well as provide support for other branch teams on software items ISO the BOM process
• Assist the LCM in developing the NCTE Life Cycle Sustainment Plan


Bachelor's degree plus 0 to 2 years of directly related experience, or some post high school education and 4 years of applicable experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 4 years applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience.

Must be proficient in Microsoft office products to include Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access

Must currently hold and able to maintain an Active Secret security clearance.
