Alion Corporation, Cyber Network Solutions Group is searching for a Director of Business Development (BD).  We seek a hands-on collaborative leader with broad strategic perspective to assume overall responsibility for the strategic direction of all BD efforts within the Information Warfare Operation located in San Antonio, Texas. This new Business Development leader will be charged building a 5 year business pipeline, qualifying these opportunities, capturing these opportunities and supervising the proposal efforts related to these opportunities.  The driving priority will be to win and grow large information warfare, cyber, ISR, EW and MISO services opportunities with associated DoD and IC customers. 

The Director will possess strong knowledge and experience within IW, Cyber, ISR, EW and MISO within the USAF, DoD and IC to help the IW Operation build innovative solutions to existing Government problems.  The Director of Business Development will report to the Group Business Development Vice President of CNS.  This BD Executive will be a business partner to IW Operation and will drive all BD related activities in the development and growth of the operation.

A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.  Master’s Degree or MBA are highly preferred.
