Summary

Work as an integral part of the NWDC N3 Red Cell and will work closely with the NWDC Red Cell OPFOR Warfare Area Analysts in developing war gaming products for Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC) sponsored and/or managed exercises (focus on Fleet-360/Strike Group-360 events) and experiments from processed/fused Intelligence Community based documents, assessments, Intelligence Briefings, operational reports and Intelligence data bases.

Create scenario material (Road to Conflict/Crisis, Campaign Plan, Intelligence reports, message traffic, assessments,   Strategic Assessments, Wargame Handbooks, etc) to be utilized in Operational Level of War (OLW) and tactical level exercises and experiments. Provide Operational Planning and  Intelligence support to the Exercise Control Group/White Cell staff during wargames, exercises, and experiments.

Travel is required to support exercise planning.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related degrees plus 6-8 years of Operational Intelligence experience or Operations Planner or a Master's degree and 5 years of Operational Intelligence or Operations Planner experience.  

Experience coordinating with other government and intelligence organizations or Maritime Intelligence Operation Center/Joint Intelligence Operation Center experience, especially in the EUCOM AOR or with NATO staffs is a plus.

In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for equivalent applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.

Candidate must possess a current Top Secret SCI Clearance eligibility.
