Responsibilities/Qualification

Position Summary

As a subject matter expert, performs analysis and evaluations of programs or projects to provide program and project manager’s information to be used in planning, monitoring, and resource allocation to include financial and contractual data.  Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities          

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

Develops acquisition strategies and overall project planning.

Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.

Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.

Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.

Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Desired demonstrated experience directly supporting a Government program.

Reviews contractual requirements and participates in defining program requirements.

Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs or assists in financial analysis.

Performs schedule risks assessments to identify and mitigate program/project cost and scheduling risks.

Leads the development of evaluation methodology, collects and analyzes the data to determine the extent to which goals, objectives and needs are being met.

Creates and implements strategies for deploying and implementing new program planning policy initiatives and measures the effectiveness of implementation.

Creates queries and produces custom reports from databases.

Creates financial projections for growth and profitability of future projects and programs.

Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Current Secret security clearance.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 12-15 years’ of experience.  

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

Selected candidate will be required to travel occasionally.
