The Program Management Analyst will be responsible for providing a variety of project administration support functions in the successful execution of various projects. Duties will include project planning, forecasting, budgeting, EACs, material procurement and surveillance of subcontractor execution. The Program Analyst is also responsible for meeting internal/external reporting requirements as well as invoice/payment tracking.
The Program management Analyst will work closely with Program Managers and Business Operations staff to ensure both project and Operational goals are achieved. This role is ideal for someone with a strong DoD Finance background who is passionate about driving a team towards successful execution of their goals and has an analytical mindset.
Specific responsibilities in this role will include:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, plus at least 5 to 7 years of experience in DoD related Finance, Subcontracting, or Procurement experience. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for equivalent work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience.
