In search of a Program / Product line manager for Alion's tactical edge electronic warfare portfolio. This position can be thought of in terms of account program / project management as it will touch on program management, business development, requirement translation, participation in customer events (demonstration and test) to include, roadmapping etc:
- Business development
- Set up customer meetings and introductions for EW capabilities
- Attend EW demonstrations as customer interface supported by engineering team (Trident, ANTX, Muscatatuck)
- Gap analysis in terms of showing off capability
- Technology
- Drive internal technology development roadmaps based on customer needs
- Assess current capabilities and provide direction on how to modify capabilities to meet operator requirements
- Shape messaging of Alion capabilities to a more customer & capability focused message
- Future Technology development
- Identify USV/UAV/other opportunities to merge SW fusion capability with EW capabilities
- Integration of Alion HW/SW/cyber resiliency
- Definition of Artificial Intelligence based SIGINT capability
- Identify opportunities, customers, demonstration opportunities
- Program / Project management
- Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
- Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks
- Plans and forecasts account, participates in defining internal investment required to shape ad win opportunities
- Knowledge / Experience / Expectations
- Knowledge of and experience in Tactical Electronic Warfare is a must
- Previous experience with SOCOM is preferred.
- Travel is expected to NC, VA, IN as required and possibly OCONUS in support of fielding projects
