Program manager leading a team of multi-discipline engineers developing complex electronics for DoD customers. Applicants will be the primary customer interface, manage project financial and schedule milestones, and develop new business. Significant opportunities for growth including managing multiple electronic design programs.

Responsibilities include:
•Hardware and software team leadership
•Contract and subcontract management
•Proposal development and cost estimation for new efforts
•Business development

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline and 3 to 5 years of experience; or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline and 1 to 3 years of experience; or 6+ years of job related experience
•Prior technical or program lead experience
•Strong written and verbal skills
•Proposal experience
- IWS Systems
•Ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams
