Summary

Alion's Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) group is seeking a Program Management Analyst (PA) to support the Remote Sensing Center (RSC)–National Capital Region (NCR) and its mission partners to enhance and expand existing ISR capabilities. Specifically, the Department of Defense (DoD), Non-DoD Federal Departments and Agencies, and the Intelligence Community needs to mitigate asymmetric threats in support of tactical elements deployed in various Areas of Responsibility (AOR). This includes projects to develop, demonstrate and evaluate platform cyber systems, weapon systems and communication mission systems used for information collection and dissemination to detect, identify, assess, exploit, or neutralize threats to the U.S. and its interests. The threats are not limited to counterintelligence, but include cyber-warfare, cyber-terrorism, and protection of critical infrastructure. Many of these projects require an extremely fast turn-around to meet mission schedules and objectives and include requirements for logistics management and integration services for the US Government at Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

This position is a multi-discipline position which will support their PM and assist in day to day contract administration for deliverables, management briefing materials, project tracking, and general administrative duties.

In this position you will:

• Assist the PM with deployment scheduling and completion of deployment packets in support of deploying staff to include use of multiple government systems such as SPOT, TASS and APACS.

• Approve subcontractor invoices, accruals, and update trackers
• Assist the PM with the completion, submission and tracking of Contract Required Deliverables (CDRLs) on time
• Assist with keeping the SharePoint project folder updated
• Initiate and track security related items for project
• Ensure up-to-date project checklists
• Assist the PM in project financials
• Initiate and track subcontractor actions
• Participate in weekly team calls
• Monitor projects from initiation through close utilizing project timelines and document submissions to ensure proper execution
• Brief the PM on the status of action items and metrics to track contract and team performance
• Research and compile statistics and data for projects
• Work with PM to identify, communicate, and resolve risk
• Other duties as required

Education

Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or like discipline with 2-4 years’ experience in DOD management, contracting, accounting, acquisition or like background.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience supporting contracts with DoD/IC
• Excellent MS office skills, proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work with little supervision and the ability to take charge of tasks
• Effective organizational skills

US Citizenship and a current DOD Secret Clearance with the ability to complete a Single Scope Background Investigation to obtain a Top Secret clearance if needed.
