MacAulay-Brown, Inc., an Alion Company is looking for a qualified Senior Acquisition Manager with Information Assurance (IA)/ Cyber Security background to support the KC-46 ¿ Tanker Program Office.  The candidate must have a current Secret clearance, IA Certification(s) and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).

Specific Duties include:

  • Have knowledge of/expertise in Information & Cyber Security.
  • Review, develop and update applicable documentation in accordance with DoD and AF policies and Information Assurance/Cyber Security guidance.
  • Establish and obtain the necessary certifications in relation to Information Assurance & Cyber Security: Interim Authority to Test, Interim Authority to Operate, Authority to Operate, Clinger Cohen, etc.) DoDI 8580.1, Information Assurance & Cyber Security in the Defense Acquisition System.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance on the application of Cyber Security requirements and the Risk Management Framework for Cyber Security Assessment and Authorization (A&A).
  • Conducts Cyber Security risk assessments of USAF information systems, platform IT, IT services and/or IT products.
  • Provide expertise and assistance in vulnerability analysis, testing, risk mitigation, remediation, secure coding practices, trusted systems and networks, secure architectures, and penetration testing/response team tools and techniques.

General Support Required:

  • Provide acquisition program management support for all phases of the acquisition lifecycle commensurate with the Tanker Directorate portfolio.
  • Support the development of program requirements documents, produce and/or review products for program office use¿to include acquisition strategies and plans, integrated schedules, all required program documentation, program risk management plans and tracking, and proposal evaluation.
  • Support program execution per established strategies and plans, support all program milestones, and provide support for briefings and meetings as required.
  • Provide support for all aspects of program cost, schedule, and performance. Track appropriation and allocation of funds to ensure the efficient obligation and execution of funds and ensure costs and scheduled activities are aligned and tracked to meet program goals.
  • Provide expertise to support meetings and provide rapid response acquisition surge support for new start or other identified programs. To address related requirements, the Contractor shall support work sessions with and for the Government.
  • Assist in development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and participate in Source Selections when appropriate (e.g.) Weapon System Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)).
  • Participate in the planning and supporting of technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, production and sustainment reviews and other meetings as required. The Contractor shall participate in system developer or original equipment manufacturer technical and programmatic reviews, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Track technical, schedule, and cost metrics and report status. Support the government in developing presentations for technical and project management reviews.
  • Organize and assist in managing critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of software capabilities on Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs within the Tanker Directorate portfolio.
  • Provide schedule analysis of overarching programs¿ Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with knowledge of OEM-specific scheduling tools, or other tools mandated by the Program Office and integration techniques.
  • Assist with Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), data calls, and reviews.
  • Be knowledgeable of the application of program management initiatives to include purchasing commercial items such as Non-Developmental Items (NDI), Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified items.
