Responsibilities/Qualification

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport's System Acceptance and Operational Readiness Department operates and maintains a fleet of autonomous undersea test vehicles and Undersea Warfare (USW) weapons. Test vehicles are used to host developmental systems and/or test threat torpedo defense systems. The Mobile Test Vehicle (MTV) is an open architecture torpedo capable of hosting and testing developmental sensors and payloads.  The MTV fields developmental and classified sensors, sonars, recorders, timing standards, and tactical systems that are used for test and evaluation purposes. The assimilation and processing of data from the MTV and undersea range systems is classified up to the TS/SCI level and will reside and be processed on TS/SCI systems.
The Senior intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) Life Cycle Analyst will: 

  • Provide technical life cycle support services for the MTV and related USW weapon systems to include:

•    Configuration management plan.

•    Spares provisioning plan.

•    Maintenance plan.

•    Implementation plans.

•    Developing or reviewing documentation.

•    System documentation to include a configuration and performance baseline.

•    Logistics planning.

  • Develop and brief MTV system status reports up to the TS/SCI classification level.  
  • Make recommendations, prepare proposals, reports, and other feedback to NUWC Keyport and as required provide technical services and expertise for resolving/addressing issues.  
  • Will attend division, production and other informational meetings as required.
  • Provide technical engineering services to assist with MTV system maintenance issues and activities.

Relevant Experience:

1.   Will have a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience (minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience and familiarity in providing technical services and analytic expertise in SCI/SAP  life cycle management for DoD, DoN and/or NUWC, Keyport). Also, minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience and familiarity serving as an undersea weapons systems Life Cycle Manager.

2.   Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI Access.

3.   Demonstrated familiarity in developing and implementing a configuration management plan, spares provisioning plan and maintaining system documentation to include a configuration and performance baseline.

4.   Ability to effectively present technical information to reviewers in oral and written formats.

                5.   Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

6.   Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
