Job Description

Alion Science and Technology is looking for a Software Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the ground-based training systems software development for the T7A program office located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. 

The Software SME will:

• Assist with design review preparation for Ground-Based Training Systems preliminary design reviews and critical design reviews (PDR/CDR)
• Provide contract data requirements list (CDRL) review and approve recommendations/comments
• Conduct design analyses
• Participate in and make recommendation on software sections of design reviews
• Develop a plan for software/computer resources verification

This area of support may require travel to St. Louis, Missouri and Edwards AFB, CA for data gathering and meetings.

 Data products include:

• CDRL approval recommendation and comments;
• Report on the completion of the design reviews; and
• Recommendations on software/computer resource verification.
