Responsibilities/Qualification

 

MacAulay-Brown, Inc., an Alion Company is looking for a qualified Information Technology Specialist with strong Database Administrator and SharePoint experience to support Strike Systems Program office (AFLCMC/WWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.    

Required:  Database Administrator (DBA) and SharePoint is the major qualification with the IT background.  Must have Information Assurance Management Level II Certification or equivalent and four (4) years of classified systems experience work on DoD ACAT programs.   Note:  IAT Level II certifications consist of CompTIA Security +.   Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience maintaining IT systems. 

Must have experience designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining virtualized server environments to include Storage Area Networks (SANs) with equipment from multiple vendors. Experience managing relational databases to include Access, SharePoint, SQL, and Oracle. 

Experience designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining:

  • Microsoft SharePoint to include creation of workflows and office automation tasks
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Router and firewall configurations used to isolate network traffic in order to maintain security
  • Configuring Linux operating systems in a mixed Linux/Windows environment
  • Developing standardized procedures for account establishment, system maintenance, and system recovery.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance and upgrade procedures to minimize disruption of normal business functions of organization within the installation.
  • Implementing, DoD and Air Force Technology regulations, services, and instructions to ensure communications and computer services are in compliance with applicable regulations and instructions.
  • Developing network Standard Operating Procedures, and implementing audits, threat and vulnerability assessments, and applying security-related software tools to manage and control classified information systems.
  • Managing the configuration of classified information systems.
  • Uploading and downloading files across classified networks operating at different classification levels, and controlling and recording all incoming and outgoing digital media.
  • Accomplishing self-assessments using the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT). Contractor personnel shall have experience resolving information systems security incidents

Information Assurance Management Level II Certification or equivalent and 4 years of classified information systems experience work on DOD ACAT I, II or ACAT
