We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build and maintain a network of high demand potential candidates through proactive market searching, and to drive on-going candidate relationship management. 

Position Summary: 
This position will be responsible for sourcing technical and non-technical positions for open job opportunities as well as building a pipeline for upcoming contract awards. Responsibilities include qualifying, pre-screening candidates; follow-up with candidates and recruiters. This position will also represent the company at job fairs and develop career invitational and recruiting events. 

Proactively conduct research and investigate new resources to create innovative sourcing strategies. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research. 

Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, social networks, college recruitment and employee referrals. Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements. Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process. 

Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications. Develops and maintains sourcing contacts and candidate relationships. Documents status and results all of candidate searches and maintains in an organized fashion. Develops strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external Recruiters. Works closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting process. Opens and closes personnel requisitions in close partnership with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers. Provides professional training and development to junior Sourcer levels. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in related field plus 5-7 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting. Experience using creative sourcing methods including internet sourcing techniques, referral management and cold calling techniques. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for equivalent work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 
Working knowledge of the recruiting functions and life cycle with some exposure to practical basics of recruiting. Functional ability to work with Microsoft Office products and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. 

Must have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of candidates, employees and management. Must be able to work independently and support recruiting team members as necessary. 

Familiarity with OFCCP regulations. Ability to support fast paced high volume recruitments. Ability to use new and innovative recruiting technology and strategies. Ability to work closely with Full Lifecycle  Recruiters and Management, supporting staffing objectives.
